As a Leadership Coach and Educator who has served over 75 countries, Heather supports Executives and Organizations who want to elevate the people part of what they do with better conversational, emotional, and relationship intelligence skills.
She draws upon social, emotional, and spiritual intelligence tools to help clients become more aware of their impact so that they can intentionally create the kind of relationships (business and personal) that they desire.
Heather also enjoys coaching women ready to rise more in love with themselves to be better leaders and lovers. She is a Seven Principles Gottman Leader, drawing concepts from over 40 years of data from The Gottman’s Institute research on successful happy long-term marriages. In addition, she uses science-backed love research to support teams and group dynamics.
Heather also facilitates live sessions with HR leaders on leveraging more of their power. She has also coached Black leaders in tech on growing and expanding their influence and goals. She also works with young professionals and women in media, helping them to play a bigger game in a way that serves their satisfaction.
When Heather is not coaching, she serves adult populations from over 75+ countries (and counting) as a Cambridge Certified ESL teacher for an international language institution. She has been doing this for over ten years and was voted Teacher of the Year by her peers in 2015 and 2019. She learns just as much from her international students as they learn from her.
A proud New Yorker (originally from Louisiana), she likes to believe she brings the ‘joie de vivre’ to whatever rooms she enters. She is also a proud auntie of 3 young Kings. She believes in eating dessert before dinner as often as you can.
