"Before coaching, I was very confused about what I wanted out of life. As a first-generation immigrant, my parents always told me to follow the traditional path in life which means securing a stable job with a high salary and starting a family before the age of 25. Whenever I tried to tell them that those things are not my priorities, they would always justify that they know what is best for me. As a result, I grew up following my parents’ expectations because I didn’t want to be a disappointment to them. But everything changes when I met Heather during my coaching sessions. She made me realize that I have the power to write the chapters in my life. It was comforting to learn from Heather that life is all about exploring the unknowns and choosing the things that I like the most.
